The health care edition of this book was written as a response to Hillary Clinton's attempt to develop a health care program on the federal level at her husband's request. The book explains the problems of delivering quality health care with the interference of government agencies. Much emphasis is placed on letting professional nurses deliver nursing care without harassment from external forces.
