Featuring interdisciplinary contributions from the fields of neuroanatomy, neuropharmacology, electrophysiology and clinical medicine, this study surveys our present understanding of the prefrontal cortex. Emphasis is placed on the role the prefrontal cortex plays in regulating complex behaviours.
