The Earth is a closed system and closed systems follow certain rules. Foreign aid does not follow these rules and assumes that Human Kind is outside the closed system boundaries. As a result, foreign aid goals are not realistic and cannot be supported. For example, population equilibrium points are ignored leading to perpetual failure. It will be shown that aid programs are also heavily weighted in favor of donor countries and organizations.
