Based on the author’s internationally acclaimed course, this book addresses the totality of the threat spectrum, including the root issues and causal affects of terrorism as well as global perceptions and their consequential impact on counterterrorism. Reviewing the current international politico-economic climate, it examines recent terrorist incidents' impacts on diplomacy, global business operations, and the inherent risk of long-term consequences from short-term policy.
