Featuring recipes from Cheshire’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, Simon Radley at the Chester Grosvenor, The Cheshire Cook Book celebrates the culinary diversity of the rural county of Cheshire. This 200+ page book features more than 40 recipes from some of the county’s finest food establishments, local restaurants, delis, farm shops, pubs, local suppliers and even a pop up supper club. it was produced in collaboration with Taste Cheshire, which offers the reader an insight into the Cheshire food scene through its farmers markets and food festivals too. The book features recipes from The Clink, a restaurant run out of a women’s prison, as well as Chef's Table and Joseph Benjaminin, fine dining restaurants in Chester, Harthill Cookery School and Mrs Darlington Preserves, which is stocked throughout the UK but calls Cheshire home. From family butchers and local cheese suppliers to luxury liqueurs and earth-friendly food found at The Garden in Hale, all tastes are catered for and any home cook will find something to try and enjoy.
