For this book Consuelo Barker combines the poetry and thoughts of her late husband, Guy Barker, with photographs of dishes and recipes. Their shared enjoyment of cooking, eating and entertainment is captured with Consuelo's recipes and paired with Guy's moving poems.



The photographs track Guy's poetry across water, land and wood, and the food compliments these themes with recipes of black ink risotto, chocolate loaf, papaya salad and many more.
