Keeping in view the mission and objectives of creation of Ghulam Ishaq Khan Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, the Decision Support System is used to analyze the performance of the students on the basis of previously available information and suggest improvements in the policy formation and decision making. The system takes into account various academic and non-academic factors affecting student performance. The system can then generate various reports based on these factors as required by the user. The system will be utilized by Examination and Admissions Office at GIKI.
