Initially thought of as a
seriously degraded forest area,
the Bali Ngemba Forest
reserve has harboured many
plants of special scientific
interest and at least 25 undescribed taxa. Covers
vegetation, geology, ethnobotany, exploration, birds of
the region, a comprehensive checklist of plants
growing in the region and numerous illustrations
including eight pages of photographs.
