This book is based on my true life experience as a white child growing up in the 70-80s as a girl with the race-hate wars between white people and blacks. I watched a movie called The Blind Side not long ago and realized just how much that movie gave me a feeling of hope and courage and just how beautiful one woman's act of courage was to help a child better his life. It left me feeling better about life and humanity itself. As a result, I decided to write my story. I felt that God wanted me to share with others what happened to me and my thoughts that the world could be inspired to become a better place for all of us. It's my story of hope and courage to anyone who reads this book. May God bless you and your life.
