Now with newly updated information sheets, SNAP Together combines the popular SNAP-SpLD and SNAP-B special needs assessment profiling programs, bringing clear insights to pupils' specific learning difficulties and social, emotional and behavioural difficulties via a single package. This networkable version provides a shared pupil database and an Overview facility, giving learning support staff across the whole school immediate access to the SNAP assessment and support information they need.Designed for ages 5 to 14+, SNAP Together draws information from home and school.
