Everybody in Mouseland is bored of reading the same old comics -- even President Wensley Dale. If only there were a new superhero to read about . . . and it looks like the citizens of Mouseland could use the help of one when things start going missing: an important presidential speech, brown bags from the grocery store, even greaseproof paper from Bandulu's kitchen. And even worse, the orphans' crayons disappear too! But what kind of thief would want to steal PAPER? And can it have anything to do with the brand-new comic that's started to appear?
