Pink Floyd fanien iloksi julkaistaan 20. marraskuuta ”Roger Waters the Wall” –albumi, mikä on soundtrack samannimiseen konserttitaltiointiin, jonka maailmanlaajuinen ensiesitys järjestettiin elokuvateattereissa 29. syyskuuta.

Filmitaltiointi ja albumi on taltioitu vuonna 2010 – 2013 kiertäneeltä loppuunmyydyltä Roger Watersin ”The Wall Live” kiertueelta, missä Waters soitti legendaarisen Pink Floyd –albumin kokonaisuudessaan. Sitä ennen levy on soitettu livenä vuonna 1990.

”Roger Waters The Wall” –soundtrackin on tuottanut Nigel Godrich, joka tunnetaan aiemmista tuotannoistaan mm. Radioheadin, Beckin tai Paul McCartneyn kanssa. Levy on ehdoton hankinta jokaiselle fanille, myös heille jotka näkivät keikan livenä.

”Roger Waters The Wall” elokuva julkaistaan myöhemmin DVD:nä ja Blu-rayna.
