A companion volume to "Planning and Role Setting for Public Libraries" and "Output Measures for Public Libraries", this work reflects the need to devise methods of assessing the quality of library services offered in a specific community. The basic output measures are tailored to reflect library services to children, people 14 years-old and younger, as a segment of the total service population of any public library.
