Wall was a member of the Fundamentalist Church of Latter Day Saints, led by the notorious Warren Jeffs. At age 14, she was forced to marry her first cousin, and ordered by Jeffs to submit to his every whim. After suffering years of abuse, she fled the sect when she was 18 years old, and gave evidence in court that helped convict the polygamous leader.
