The present study is devoted to the Pauline apostolic theology. It is of ecumenical importance because it not only poses the question of the uniqueness but also the first time of the apostolic ministry and, moreover, wants to make a contribution to answering both questions. Dealing with Paul's apostolic theology also leads to inner-exegetical research fields: for example, the description of its place in the thematic area of Paul's letters, the apostle's relationship to Christ, or the special relationship of the young church to Judaism.
