Venicio Palumbo started playing the guitar self-taught at the age of 16. In the 1970s, he explored the world of rock and jazz music. Later he dedicated himself to the study of the lute by participating in the Ancient music courses of the Cini Foundation in Venice with masters such as Hopkinson Smith and Nigel North.
