When a Dad gets an invite to raft the Colorado River with his sons, well, more than a couple of things cross his mind. One is the "Wow" factor of spending a week engaging the relationship, and two, the exhilaration of white water rafting in the Grand Canyon. Nowhere in my mind was the anticipation of what was set before us. A test of leadership, trust, survival, and friendships. This story saved a life, firmed a Faith, and restored a soul.
