This report examines the development of the drug situation in recent years and describes the drug situation from the perspectives of legislation, policies, use, harm, treatment and other interventions. The drug issue is approached from the health, social and criminal perspectives.

This report is one of the national annual reports compiled by National Focal Points in the European Information Network on Drugs and Drug Addiction (REITOX), co-ordinated by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
