The extensive book the History of Nordic Map written by Professor Ulla Ehrensvärd, is mostly based on her own research. She has found forgotten treasures in the hiding places of foreign archives, reinterpreted the contents of maps, traced cartographers and artists and revealed unknown links. The book is an inexhaustible reference book and an excellent gift.
