The book considers the origin, formation and evolution history of the Tula Land's weapon-making, the historical foundations and background for the establishment of Tula as the weapon-making capital of Russia and its role in the victories won by the Russian army, the modern state and evolution prospects of the defense industry complex enterprises in Tula and in the Tula Region, and multiple links and relations among the local government authorities, public organization and Tula's common people with the Russian Armed Forces.
