The Sonata No. 3 for piano is ranked among the most fanciful one of all the others. This is the kind of an experience in both structural and thematic spheres, expressed by means of miraculous graphic of the music set. Integrity and simplicity are welded with structural complexity in this Sonata. The first three movements are the kind of landmarks of the spontaneous evolution, rushing recklessly to the silent, gentle, slow and remote Finale. There returns the three-note motif of the first movement. It appears in two contradictory hypostases — now precipitating to infernal depths, now flying to Celestial heights. The world musical literature has not ever given evidence of the three-note monothematic core, being so masterfully elaborated. The true artist does not need too much colours to create the universal canvas.
