The world is up in arms over a rumor that a major criminal cartel has the fix on for the upcoming World Cup. Those involved can only agree on one man to find the truth: a former FBI agent who is well-qualified to conduct the investigation, has no national or personal interest in World Cup Football, and has absolutely no intention in becoming involved. Only after his family is violence drawn in does he throw his near-ruthless abilities, knowledge, and world-wide contacts into finding the truth, and his enemies. He even use his daughter, and appears willing to sacrifice the world famous, but the non-existent, Mr. Black. A fast passed international mystery/ thriller.
