The main compilation director and editor of this collection of accounts are as of yet unknown, but current theories have led to some interesting speculations. The origins are just as mysterious, but work on this has also been underway. Any grammar or spelling mistake was left in its original form, generally considered to be a product of time passing and translation difficulties. There is little that should be, as we agree, prefaced about the Book of Mu. The readers themselves have the responsibility and duty to find meaning through the text, their own work, studies, and prayer. Everything should be questioned and different paths sought, just as the Book of Mu presents. Acceptance, denial, mocking, ignoring, etc...these are all parts of the growth process and the development of one's worldview and one's story that they make over their lifetime. Reading the Book of Mu should not be the starting point, but a way station on the road to understanding.
