This report focuses on infrastructure investment in the EU and offers policy recommendations for matching the demand for investment with the available financial resources. In particular, it recommends developing a Pan-European Infrastructure Strategy, improving the allocation of structural and cohesion funds, and promoting the use of project bonds to fill financing gaps, among other policy recommendations.
