The '80s had the Stray Cats, now the undisputed icons of neo-rockabilly. When the US trio first stormed to the top of the charts in their adopted home of England, punk was still reigning in the UK. But Brian Setzer, Slim Jim Phantom and Lee Rocker brought that certain something that also gripped the mohawks: a feeling of danger and rebellion. Impressive visual documents of this time include two performances in Germany that were recorded by WDR Rockpalast in 1981 in Cologne and 1983 at the Loreley. Unadulterated recordings that still make the trio's fascination tangible today. Both concerts are now appearing for the first time on this 2CD and DVD set.
