Marged Jenkins lost her husband and two young sons in an accident on Mount Snowden. Having sold their Anglesey home to start a solitary, simple life on the Llyn Peninsular, she plans to resume her writing career. A widow leaves her four-year-old daughter in Marged's care and four men become involved in her life in various capacities.
