Planning Library Facilities - A Selected, Annotated Bibliography
At some point during their careers, most librarians participate in the planning and implementation of a new library facility or the renovation of an existing one. Unfortunately, when they are confronted with facility design, many find themselves unprepared to organize or participate in such a project successfully. This book's aim is to provide a straightforward means of accessing the often diverse and scattered library facility design literature. Consisting of 800 annotated entries covering 1970-88, this bibliography is arranged by type of library and by particular facility topics. Author and subject indexes.
