To the marvellous bestiary, is added a series of poetic contemplations, taking in states of mind, emotions and concepts such as love and anger. Work on that abstract scale is hard to bring off. All the more reason to salute these young writers and artists. From the masterly poems and prints about siblings, parents and other relatives, one can draw mostly reassuring conclusions about family life in this part of Scotland. Peruse. And use!
