This book gives a brief biographical sketch of Lloyd Mifflin, and, by an intensive study of his poetry, is specially aimed at the determination of the personal traits of this poet as influencing his verse, together with a brief evaluation of his sonnets. A representative collection of Mifflin's sonnets is included and in all the quotations from his works, the poet's method of indentation has been followed.
