Paleontologist Drake Burgess and his colleagues are off to Argentina for a dig when their plane crashes. Drake and the survivors shelter in a cave, only to find themselves trapped - or are they? They find an exit, but the world they find is not the one they left. It is a beautiful, thriving land where they meet, to their surprise, dinosaurs! Living, breathing dinosaurs! It is something Drake has only ever imagined, and he and his colleagues are mystified. But how are they to survive in a land full of prehistoric Terrors of Time?
