Hotel Arcadia is a prestigious, luxury hotel, fully booked with high-profile guests. It's also about to be subjected to a series of horrendous terrorist attacks that leave many of the guests dead and even more held hostage. Sam is a war photographer, known for her hauntingly beautiful photographs of the dead. She checks into Hotel Arcadia for respite after a particularly gruelling assignment, and finds herself thrust into mayhem.
