X-Ray Diagnosis: A Physician's Approach
While most books on X-ray diagnosis are written by radiologists, this one is different in that it is written by physicians, giving it a marked clinical slant. Targeted at both undergraduates and postgraduates in internal medicine, the X-rays have been carefully chosen to represent a range of radiological investigations besides plain X-ray films, including CTI, angiograms, venograms, and urograms. Each X-ray is accompanied by questions (with answers) to enable students to systematically question and determine several points when examining abnormalities in an X-ray. As such, the book emphasises that every X-ray has to be interpreted against the background of clinical data.
