The book is designed for secondary school counsellors faced with moving their current programmes from service-centered to programme-centered focus. The new school environment of standards-based and data-based practices is leading counselling programmes to establish student competencies and implement a process of continuous evaluation and improvement, and the authors provide the necessary tools for this transition following the ASCA Standards.
