Trucking isn't the same business as it was fifty years ago for sure. In fact, it never was the same for African-American drivers as it was for white drivers.

This is my story; told from my point of view. I've never experienced trucking in it's glory days; being born just a bit too late. This is the story of what's going on out there in the transportation industry, and what's happening on America's highways. To be blunt, the situation is not unlike a war zone, and the hyperbole is only slight. The ever increasing danger is my motivation in writing this book.
