The world of work is full of complex challenges that are often difficult to master alone. Collegial advice offers valuable support for this. This is a tried-and-tested format that enables people to advise each other on an equal footing and without professional support. Through the joint exchange, the individual gains an extended overview of stuck situations and potential solutions. The concept of collegial advice presented in this publication is based on the Heidelberg integrative process model for advice. This model is based on synergetics as the theory of self-organization and the systemic problem-solving theory. In addition, the model gives central importance to systematic reflection processes. At the same time, the book is consistently practically oriented with numerous working aids and guidelines for preparation, implementation and reflection - also available online - as well as an independent concept for a live online setting. In this way, collegial advice can do justice to the growing importance of virtual forms of learning.
