What is the work of the theatre ensemble like? Is the director the leader of the actors? How is leadership "done" with the autonomous artists? In this book stories are told of different kinds of leadership processes in theatre context. Contrasting the usual argumentation, that combines positive emotions to good outcomes, it is shown how leadership is more complex than that.
