Poems by a Country Girl is a collection of poem-stories about Alaskan animals and themes, life experiences, and some spiritual ponderings written by Evelyn J. Satterfield-Johnson over the years. There are a few of the poem-stories that were based on real-life experiences, but for the most part they are fictional. The book was published in December 2009 by A-Gator Publishing and released for printing in January 2010.
