In 1942, an American pilot crash-lands in Switzerland. He enlists the help of Anna Fay, an amateur spy for the Allies. In return, Anna demands Grant's help to uncover illicit Swiss financial support for the Third Reich. As their investigations progress, they realise that they are on the brink of a discovery that could alter the outcome of the war.
