This study reports the results of a survey of curriculum professors in the United States and Canada and their specialized knowledge of 36 major curriculum references. Documents and comments on the similarities and differences in their common understanding, use, and assessment of these references in light of the role curriculum knowledge plays in the work of these professors. A worthwhile text for students and teachers of curriculum studies.
