Professor Bumblebrain is back, this time with a series of four full-colour comics, each on a biblical theme or topical issue.
In this comic, the Professor, accompanied by Einstein the cat, takes to the stage to expose the truth about the real meaning of Easter, offending certain characters (the Easter bunny - or is that hare?) along the way. The original Easter hare was thought to lay colourful eggs in a nest for well-behaved children to find - so developing into our popular Easter eggs today. However Easter was originally an ancient celebration of the beginning of Spring and new life - adopted later by Christians to celebrate the life, death and resurrection of Jesus.
Taking us through the biblical events of the first Easter week and beyond, and using fascinating facts and his usual humour and wit, the Professor convinces his audience that Christ is actually the most important person to celebrate at Easter - and even the Easter bunny grudgingly agrees!
