James is thirty years old, the second of four sons born to parents of different nationalities and haphazardly raised in half a dozen countries. He hasn't talked to his youngest brother in years, and his exchanges with his oldest brother are shouted across transcontinental phone lines, while his middle brother Luka is camped out on James' living room floor together with a vagrant teenager. Until now, James' problems have revolved around his drug dealer and his girlfriend, but things are about to change. As spring turns to summer, Luka embarks on a quest to drag old skeletons out of the family closet and James has to confront secrets and lies: his family's and his own.
