This study, based on a policy forum where participants discussed the changing demographic and economic trends in America, changing social patterns, and the impact these changes will have on employee benefits, examines issues such as the changing needs of workers, how workers perceive their benefits, in what direction federal policies will move and how employers will structure their benefit plans in response to the changes.
