Keel Over and Die is the account of the author's travels across the United States and Canada while dealing with drug addiction and chronic pain following a spinal stroke that left him paralyzed from the bellybutton down. Ultimately he experienced the power and grace of God, which brought healing to body, mind, and spirit.
