Rangi was born in India and educated up to Bachelor's Degree in engineering. He migrated to the United States and acquired Master's Degree in engineering from Columbia University in the City of New York. His work specialization is energy and energy conservation. He is an American citizen. He has widely travelled all over the world. This is his fourth book. His first book, One People One Language and the second Real Roots of German, Greek, Latin and English have been published by Authors OnLine in England.
