This unique interactive multimedia CD-ROM simulates a pharmaceutical sales firm and a multi-function business environment that “employs” students as regional sales managers in order for them to learn and practice working with various motivation techniques, leadership styles, and conflict management. It specifically teaches students how to develop managerial strategies that will improve the performance of five sales representatives—each with different motivational challenges—and achieve the mutually rewarding goal of enabling these individuals to reach peak performance levels.
