Tribes Constitutes, the poorest section of our country, socially and educationally the most deprived, economically the most backward and who have been suffering injustice and repression since time immemorial. We have adopted democracy after independence as the mode of governance six and half decade after our independence we find that many communities are far away from the mainstreaming process of development. Indeed the tribals have not tasted real independence or freedom yet. The most of the tribes are inhabited in the lap of natural environment, they are biggest protectors of natural resources like forests, their minor products and non-renewable resources. The process of globalization has further pushed them back, to ensure all facets of their human rights we need to provide them rights over their natural habitat. This is one of the most turbulent problem the country is facing today.
