This collection presents the proceedings of the Fourth Annual Meeting of the CombinaTexas Conference Series held in Texas State University (formerly Southwest Texas State University), April 5-6, 2003. CombinaTexas provides a forum for researchers in the South Central US interested in Combinatorics and its applications. The aim is to bring distinguished scholars to the region, present recent research results, and explore common interests for future research.
