Gary Quester faces an even greater challenge in this sequel to Unleash the Eagle. He must find weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, prevent their use by terrorists, and bring back evidence of their existence. Intelligence indicates that a mysterious figure in Iraq known as "The Scorpion" has what is left of the weapons and intends to sell them to terrorists.
