The rules of the procurement directives are directly applicable to Danish law and the several hundred Danish cases on the procurement directives largely amplify the analyses of the individual rules of the procurement directives. On this background the authors have found it relevant to translate the book into English in order to make our analyses and the Danish case law available to a broader audience.
