For almost twenty years Schumacher College at Dartington has been brewing up a unique pot pourri of human connections, raising ecological awareness, and stimulating taste buds. The cuisine at the College calls upon the best of Mediterranean, Californian, Indian, and Mexican vegetarian cooking.
